Extend your dashmoto® protection with official warranty coverage. Every dashmoto® scooter includes a 1‑year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, plus 2‑year coverage on the carbon‑fiber frame. Customers may upgrade to a 3‑year or 5‑year extended warranty for added protection and peace of mind.

The warranty covers key components — including the battery, charger, hub motor, controller, throttle, electrical wiring, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, latches, rims, and display — under normal use consistent with product instructions. Coverage applies only to the original retail purchaser and begins on the original purchase date.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by transportation, storage, improper use, failure to follow product instructions, lack of maintenance, modifications, normal wear and tear, water exposure, rust, corrosion, accidents, impacts, or use of unauthorized parts or service providers. Consumable items such as tires, brake pads, and grips are not included.

If a defect is discovered within the warranty period, dashmoto® may repair or replace the affected component at its discretion. Labor and shipping costs associated with warranty service may be the responsibility of the customer. All warranty claims must be submitted through dashmoto®’s Product Support portal and require the scooter’s serial number, purchase date, order number, and supporting photos or video.
