Laying the Foundation for Better Health

Most people think medication adherence is about remembering. Anyone living with complex care knows it’s about surviving a system that was never designed for you in the first place. The tools are fragmented. The burden is heavy. The responsibility falls on the patient and the caregiver, even when the stakes are life‑changing. That’s the reality Judi and I live with every day, and it’s the reason MediXo exists.

We’re building medication adherence systems because the current ones don’t match the complexity of real life. We’re building preventative health tools because waiting for things to go wrong is not a strategy. And we’re building all of it from lived experience, not theory. Every decision we make comes from the inside of the problem, not the outside looking in.

Right now, we’re laying out the first phase of our plan. We’re starting with Axis, Go, CoolCarry, and Axiom — four products that form the early structure of a larger ecosystem. They’re not accessories. They’re not gadgets. They’re the beginning of a support system that respects the realities of chronic illness, rare disease, and caregiving. Each one solves a problem we’ve lived through, and together they point toward a future where patients and caregivers aren’t left to improvise their own solutions.

We’ve identified the type of manufacturing partner we need — one that understands reliability, precision, and the seriousness of medical‑adjacent hardware. We’re looking for philanthropic alignment, family foundations, and angels who believe in preventative health and want to help accelerate work that should have existed years ago. We’re not chasing capital for the sake of capital. We’re looking for partners who understand the mission and the people behind it.

If you want to see where we’re starting, explore our website. It’s the first public look at the direction we’re taking — the early outlines of Axis, Go, CoolCarry, and Axiom, and the values that shape every decision we make. This is the beginning of a long‑term build, grounded in truth, lived experience, and a commitment to designing for people who deserve better tools than the ones the system has given them.

We’re not waiting for someone else to fix this. We’re building it ourselves, piece by piece, with clarity, intention, and a plan that moves us toward better health — not someday, but now.
