Billing: Subscriptions auto-renew monthly at $39.99 unless cancelled. We will charge your payment method on file each billing cycle.
Cancellation: Cancel anytime through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Contact support@medixo.health within 30 days of your initial purchase.

All content, features, and functionality are owned by 12 Brand, Inc. | MediXo By 12 Brand and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our Services.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with other users' access to our Services
Upload malicious code or content
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Arbitration: Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules, not in court. Arbitration will occur in Massachusetts.
Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to bring claims as a class or collective action.
