12 Brand, Inc. | MediXo By 12 Brand provides intelligent medication management systems through a subscription-based connected ecosystem including devices, monitoring, and support services. Our Services are designed to supplement, not replace, professional medical care.

3. MEDICAL DISCLAIMERS

• Our products are NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

• ALWAYS consult your healthcare provider before making changes to your medication regimen

• In case of medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately

• We do not provide medical advice, and our support staff cannot make medical recommendations

• Device readings and alerts are tools to assist in medication management, not diagnostic instruments

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You must be 18 or older to create an account. You're responsible for maintaining account security and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

5. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Billing: Subscriptions auto-renew monthly at $39.99 unless cancelled. We'll charge your payment method on file each billing cycle.

Cancellation: Cancel anytime through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Contact support@medixo.health within 30 days of initial purchase.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, features, and functionality are owned by 12 Brand, Inc. | MediXo By 12 Brand and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our Services.

7. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• Use Services for any unlawful purpose

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Interfere with other users' access to Services

• Upload malicious code or content

• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 12 Brand, Inc. | MediXo By 12 Brand from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

11. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Arbitration: Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules, not in court. Arbitration will occur in Massachusetts.

Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to bring claims as a class or collective action.

13. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by Massachusetts law.

Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 12 Brand, Inc. | MediXo By 12 Brand.

Changes: We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
